NEW project
Two New Yorker’ss purchased a contemporary home in the Mount Washington area of Los Angeles. The kitchen was small and lacking storage, so we knocked down a few walls and extended it to highlight the amazing view of the surrounding area.
CONSTRUCTION underway
The steel framing is going up, intumescent paint for fireproofing is being sprayed, roof is going on and interior wall framing is just around the corner! Our Bay Street offices are getting closer to completion.

construction has officially started on our pacific palisades house remodel. working along side interior designer andee ferrer- we know it's going to be amazing when it's finished!
CONSTRUCTION beginning
Demolition and grading is beginning on our Studio City Elevated Dining Terrace. It will be equipped with a pizza oven, grill, daybeds fire pits, and more. Looking forward to some amazing pizza in the not to distant future!
CABIN progress
We have reached the final stages- only steps and plantings remain. Really looking forward to getting some amazing photos once this one is complete. Can you imagine- photos at dusk with the view beyond, so beautiful.
DEMOLITION action
Construction is underway at our change of use- warehouse to creative office project located in the LA Arts District. Exciting stuff!

3D printed model
architecture is not a fast moving process, which is why sometimes you have to nudge it slightly. while we're waiting for the plantings to go in around the cabin to get the perfect photos I decided to get a 3D printed model of the structure with the help of Kapow 3D. We're really happy with how it turned out and who doesn't want another model around the office! Looking forward to 3D printing more objects in the future.

within the last 2 weeks we have permitted two projects. we are really looking forward to them taking shape. let's get going!
CABIN progress
Our Topanga Cabin/Office/Mini-Structure is oh SO close to completion that it's hard to avoid sharing this photograph. As unbelievable as this California rain has been, it's definitely added a new layer to view our surroundings. No longer is Topanga brown and dry, but bright green and full of lush vegetation- almost foreign seeming. Sometimes there is nothing better than a good layer of mist to help you rediscover what you are already so familiar with.
CONDO complete
our condo project is complete. clean and contemporary for a retired couple downsizing into an amazing space. shout out to jencor construction who did an amazing job!
BAY office design
Proposed interior office block- one of many including editing bays, conference rooms and private spaces. Project is getting ready for permit submittal and bid. We're getting closer!

WORKING Action
Sometimes there is nothing better than spending an elongated amount of time in a space to truly understand it. Last week I was lucky enough to work remotely in the space of our warehouse renovation. Such a beautiful space with so many opportunities.
